We are licensed and insured and have fully knowledgeable technicians on staff to handle any of your needs. Our licensed inspector is a degreed Environmental Horticulturist that has over 20 years of experience.
We are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week for any emergency situation.
We start with a thorough inspection of the home. During the inspection we will determine the type of rodent or animal that we are dealing with. We will also find every entry point into the home and also any damage that has occurred. A full inspection report will be given to the home owner or property manager.
By discovering the type of rodent or animal we can then choose the best method to trap or remove the pest. Our traps are regularly monitored to ensure that the pests caught in the live traps can be removed and released safely and without any harm to them. We do not use poison baits that could allow a rodent to die in your attic or wall voids and stink up your home for several weeks. We abide by all of the state regulations set out for rodent trapping and removal.
Trapping of the pest is only the first step. The most important step is the repair and exclusion of the property. This will ensure that absolutely no rodent will ever be able to enter the property again. Why pay a pest control company every month to set poison baits out when you can fix the problem once and for all. Our technicians are seasoned professionals and do only top quality work.
The last step and a very important one is the clean up and sanitization of the property. In some cases, insulation might need to be removed and replaced. Most of the time removal of the fecal matter and a sanitization is all that is needed. Rats and mice carry bacteria in their droppings that is toxic to humans and house hold pets. We will prepare any needed proposals for your home owners insurance company in the case that they will cover any roof or attic damage done by the infestation.
